With years of experience as a board-certified pulmonologist, Dr. Obeid specializes in sleep medicine, critical care medicine, and pulmonary disease. Among his most notable achievements, Dr. Obeid founded the Advanced Sleep and Respiratory Institute in Ormond Beach, Florida. His career in medicine began after he earned his medical degree from the  Faculty of Medicine at the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. Upon relocating to the United States, he went on to complete his internship and residency in internal medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, followed by his fellowship at pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at Henry Ford Hospital.
